I NEED SUGESSTIONS AS
i applied for my mom dad visa in dec 2019 for new year and xmas purpose that they want to see this festival as my bro sis will be staying back home country and they gonna come back. i am on my work permit i applied and it got rejected
i applied for the second tym that they gonna see the festival vaisakhi and meet me. the visa officers again rejected this. i dont know y as they have no plan to stay here. as my brother is studying in grade 7 and sister done 12th .

can you suggest me what to do now?

as i m afraid for applying third tym

Applying for the the 3rd time without addressing the issues for rejection can just lead to another rejection.
What were the reasons for rejection? How long did they plan to visit? Is it the first time they are going overseas? You need to give details about your parent's profile as it is hard to comment without any info.

No one can give you suggestions without full details. What is their profile? What documents were submitted in the first app and what were the reasons for refusal? What about the second app? What did you do to address the refusal reasons of the first app?

I strongly suggest you request GCMS notes to see detailed information about the refusals before applying again.

Ok so i am telling you the whole story
I applied for the first time for my mom and dad visa ...i was a student and then i applied for my work permit after getting open work permit i applied for my parents visa by providing sponsership letter that says they want to visit for new year and xmas eve and will staying for 3-4 weeks .....their visa got rejected ....
And the reason they gave it to me
1) they donot have strong family ties in canada
2) that i am not statisfied they will stay in canada as temporary resident
3) they donot have travel history
As we have provided sufficient reason that my brother sister will be staying back home so definately they gonna come back to hometown
My agent suggest we should try again
I provided the same documents as my mom is religious so i thought vaisakhi is a good festival they will come here and enjoy this tym with me
And again rejection with the same reason
What should i do now ?

I asked they told if there are any changes or they told to reapply they only reapply otherwise no benefit !!

It's ultimately your choice what you do. We are seeing applications process through the new portal quite quickly. My advice to you remains the same. You should reapply.

Whats the processing time for new application? Also my agent told me that the super visa its at the last stage.

Also, I need to ask … that i applied for my parents super visa although i have $55000 yearly income that supports the minimum requirement of eligibility of super visa for my parents. But the immigration agent told me to show the documents of my husband also… as we got married in July 18,2021 and applied for my parents visa in Aug 2021 but now i am living seperately from my husband last month ….. as i am not sure i have to spend my whole life with him or not. i havent file any seperation/ divorce with him. Does it effect the parents super visa if i file seperation paper ? Do i need to tell IRCC regarding seperation with my husband ?
