Hello Everyone,
my refusal Letter states “I’m not satisfied with your education, job duties and salary is consistent with NOC code 2233”.
my previous work experience was from February ,2018 to July 2019 in an IT firm as Technical analyst. my application started locking in from the current year of September ,2021 in the last 3 years application was submitted. I also worked as a quality control tech (noc 2233 )from 2020 till date but through an agency from the company . i filled an appeal (judicial review) my lawyer is wasting my time and money . Please i really need assistance because my time is running out…

NOC 2233 is not a NOC for a control tech. That NOC is for industrial engineers so you need a education background in that, and your job duties must match the NOC. Do they? If not, you selected the wrong NOC. There is a NOC for control tech.

check online all my job duties are aligned with noc 2233 and you don’t need to be an industrial engineer with education to work in manufacturing and industrial quality technician ..beside i studied embedded systems which is part of my job to check system functionality
