My situation is like this:
1. I applied for a study permit extension but didn't submit the confirmation of enrollment...IRCC didn't ask for any additional documents but kept me waiting till December when they refused the extension.
2. As a knee jerk reaction, I immediately applied for restoration and a new study permit
3. However, I realized that, since my courses are online, I can leave Canada and continue studies online and wait for my study permit application result ( as the restoration application gets null and void once I am out).
4. However, my study permit application mentions that I am in Canada, so I informed IRCC that I am leaving Canada by uploading an explanation letter
5. As I also need to have a TRV, do you think I also need to apply for it separately or IRCC will automatically note that.
6. Also, should IRCC send my study permit to my Canada address or it will be sent electronically which I need to show to the local VFS and then have the passport stampled?
