Is siblings staying in a separate residence considered strong family tie?

I am in process of applying a visitor visa application for my parents. They have 2 children and both of them stay outside of their country of residence.
In that case, can they mention about their own brothers and sisters who stay in the same country but different address to support family ties back home?

Their own brothers and sisters are not really ties and reason to return unless your parents are their caregivers.

Thanks for your response. But actually in this case, other than their own brothers/sisters and old aged mother (80+ years of age), they don't have anyone else staying in their country of residence. Their son stays in Canada and daughter in USA. We are providing financial ties and property details but was wondering what would be the best way to represent the social ties in this case.

You can mention it but they are extended family. Again, their siblings are not a reason to return home unless they are acting as caregivers, living with them etc.

Would you recommend to include details about the extended family or should I skip it in case as it may be re-emphasizing the fact that no one from their immediate family stays back home.

our situation was similar, one child in US n other in canada, we didn’t mention about any other family ties, showed bank balances, property documents n pension details n visit visa was approved
