The program is a great opportunity for everybody here. As I said in previous cases, just remain patience, this is not even comparable to express entry applicants, who have to manage to> get the CRS + prove funds + wait for calls + wait in processing times around A YEAR.

• If you want to make a call to ircc. Do not wait for the options and dial. After confirming your UCI just dial 3220. You will get a hold on to them. That is what I did in my 2nd attempt. It works.

In my case I had to wait for 20

I think you should just wait ..my friend was asked to submit 5669 and IRCC recd it on Jan 8 since Then there was no update and finally on 4 Feb my friend recd approval email
So I think you should wait ..no point of calling them again they will most likely provide you the same info again

Any update you got? I just received AOR yet nothing after tht.

Nop, I replied to the ADR on December 17th. I saw one time "Status changed" on January 17, but nothing was changed on the portal. When I opened the application, the status changed back to "Submitted". Nothing more after that. Unable to contact IRCC - always busy

I have just called the IRCC and the agent said that they have not started the eligibility process yet, they are doing some background checks right now.

Is it really the background check stage before the eligibility stage?
