Best of luck friends. Jul/Aug 2021 outland PNPs have been getting a good number of PPRs so I hope we're all there soon.
Some info on police clearance certificates you might find helpful: For most countries, you don't need to wait for a letter from IRCC before requesting a certificate. This means that you can start the process of getting police certificates before the ITA to give yourself more runway. 2 months can be a rather short amount of time, especially for countries with unnecessarily bureaucratic processes.
Please note that some countries (like Singapore) do need an IRCC letter to issue your clearance, in which case you should wait for the ITA before requesting one. Same goes for the country where you currently reside.

As in, is it allowed? From the posts I have seen on the forum, it's completely fine.
What seems less clear, however, is whether we can use a gift deed as proof of funds. There's contradictory info about it on the forum. If anybody has a definitive answer/source, I'd really appreciate it.
Haven't gotten an ITA yet (will accept my nomination just before it expires), but my primary NOC was 2132.

Make a fixed deposit of the amount you are showing as POF. Take letter from bank as a proof of FD. That's it
