Yes. In our AIP letter they asked us to provide valid passport or travel document and that was why my husband get me the passport. I am confused
Hello I applied for RTD last November and now immigration tells me they can’t find my application. Asked me to send prove of payment receipt and Canada post tracking number which I did, they acknowledged that receipts by web form. Today I called to inquire about my application since my travel date is coming up but the agent again said she can’t find anything in the system and said I’ll receive a call from above. WTF
Did they promise to call you back. I sent a web form on Friday for RTD I received a call today after 15 minutes received an email from Canada post. I have uploaded all my documents hoping they will approve me.
Well is always private number just get another application ready they might sent you an epost to submit through there
Did you send an application by mail before?! And then had to send an application again through Canada post?! Also why did they call you. Is this a new process?
They call confirming my identity and my contact information. I did not sent my application through mail I sent it through epost connect.
