Kyiv, Ukraine Visitor Visa Processing Time

Hello all,


A question regarding visitors visa for Canada. My in-laws applied in person at the Kyiv center for a visitors visa this past week. CIC website says it takes 4 days to process, but it seems that their documents have been sent back already after only one day. Does this mean it was rejected or was the processing that fast? If anyone has had experience with the Kyiv visa office, how long did it take for approval/rejection?

I had a question, if a ukraine pr holder doesn't have a ukraine passport, can they still apply for visitor visa and stay in Canada? Also can they Pply for inland application for spousal application?

You must have the passport in which country you are travelling on...they will need to see your stamps in the travel passport, etc.
