Hi Experts,
I’ve received PPR for spousal sponsorship past Friday 28th Jan. I’ve got visitor visa approved last month as well. With visitor visa stamped on my passport I booked my tickets to travel on 5th Feb. PPR Email says that I’ve to respond to them via webform within 5 days if I am already in Canada. Since I am not in Canada right now, can I raise webform and let them know that I am travelling in this week and rest of the processing of my application can be done with this new address which is in Canada.

TLDR: visitor visa flying next week got PpR for PR. What to do

thanks.

Would make much more sense to try and land as a PR at the airport.

That was the original plan but I’ve sold everything in home country and will be taking the travel through VV.
what difference does it make to land as PR or get PR after landing here? PPR does give option to raise webform if already in Canada. My doubt is whether I can inform them now that I’ll be landing in next few days?

Do you not have a normal COPR? If not you’ll likely have to wait a month or two until you get virtual landing.
