not necessarily, my friend ( May applicant ) got FP request & Test test invite before his BG

No. But I guess my application is single, paper and dont have much travel. I dont know .
BGC was completed Dec 22 so by usual suspect after this about 1 month people usually would get testing invite.

Agreed! I got ghost update on Jan 17, 2022 (IRCC started processing my case in old tracker) and ghost update on Jan. 26, 2022 (nothing updated both new and old tracker, as of this morning). I didn't receive any fingerprint request whatsoever. Not sure what happened to my case...

he gave his FP this week & will give the test next week as the test window is from 1st feb .. so no BGC yet

Thanks. BG completed, Last week. Others in progress.
Normal processing. Didn't request for urgent.

I am not tracking the dates like people here do. But here are my rough timelines.

Application - Paper based -Sep Last week
AOR - Mid Dec, In progress updated as well
BGC complete - Mid Jan
Test invite - Last day of Jan

Mine are similar as yours. We have to wait for the test email, I guess 1-2 days before the testing period.
