MPNP SWO 63rd draw Selected

Hi all!! I need help here!!

My brother is planning to apply MPNP under SW-Overseas category. He is working as a full time Restaurant Manager in India and has 5+ years of experience in same and mostly his study was in Hotel Management. We are bit confused about his NOC# before creating his online profile?? What titles or NOC# would be acceptable in his case since he is working with restaurant industry.. his job duties fall under all below three titles, but they all have different NOC#.

1. Food Service Supervisors,
2. Restaurant Manager or
3. Store Manager.

And I don’t know if Restaurant Managers are under current NOC anymore as it says “Exclusion’s”?? What is that mean?

I would appreciate any help in regards to my query.

I received my LOA on 11th April 2019 which was 63rd mpnp draw. Submitted full application on 23rd May and SP-2 on 1 June. Status is RECEIVED!

Hello,
First check his eligibilty in all streams related to MPNP....there are no draws since July 2019 which were conducted for apllicants whose blood relative was in Manitoba... Like... To get 200 points... Etc.

Unless he is highly qualified and has has score in IELTS to be eligible for EE
