Got this information from WES website. Let me wait for 2 more days to see the status update.

My issue is not solved yet. Waited till Dec 11 to see the updates in "My Account'. But no change in updates. But the consignment tracking tells it was delivered on Nov 16. Somebody please advice me what to do now.....

Just checked the status of my WES parcel via Speed Post (India). It Shows " Item not delivered- Business temporarily closed". Have anyone faced something similar??

Hi All,

I have recently sent my transcripts to WES through speed post India. I would like share my experience.

I posted my transcripts 6th April from Bangalore, India. I paid Rs.1045 for the same. It took exactly 10 days(8 Working days). Tracking and customer service were very good. Only thing is after it left Mumbai status was not updated for 6 days, however when i post a online complaint they replied back with flight details in which the parcel was shipped. Overall experience is excellent. I would recommend people to use India post as you can save 1/3 of the amount against sending in Courier service.

im worried how to contact L4B post office & Request to redirect the post to correct location
Can anyone help me clarify and guide me how to proceed now ?

Hi, my wes document has the same issue, when I called the speedpost customer care they said it has reached L4B...just wanted to check if your documents have been updated in WES portal?

Just wait for two weeks, as for me when I posted my query, WES received my transcripts within one week (give or take) after posting in this forum.

No not yet.. I am trying to connect with India post. I don't have any hope now but don't have any options. Let me know if you get the any update..
