Me and my spouse have been waiting now for over 2 years. In an interview queue, with no set date for interview. Visa office is New Delhi.
My question here is, what should we do now. Have contacted MP's, Lawyers, considered mandamus, (cant afford legal costs) wrote numerous web forms, submitted endless proof of relationships. How much longer ? I apologize for the rant, but disheartened and loosing hope.

Please any advice, or new leads.

In terms of compelling IRCC to act, mandamus is the only way to try to force this issue. I know that's probably not the answer you want to hear.

I don't know the current situation in ND with regards to interviews (although I do know they have a big backlog) and unfortunately can't guess how long you might still have to wait. The ND thread would give you the best indication of how long people have been waiting since they received the email that an interview is required (to me, the emails is the important indicator vs. your application submission date since the "interview required" email indicates when you would have been put into the interview queue).

I am very sorry for your situation. I can't even imagine.

Thank you for your reply, appreciate it. I will look further into the ND thread. Hopefully will find some ray of hope.
