Sounds like it is too late but bankruptcy is extremely serious and has longterm effects on so many things. As an international student I can’t imagine you could borrow a significant amount. If others are in financial trouble there are non-profits that can provide credit counselling. Please contact them first.
Then you should simply apply for a PGWP.
I don't think there will be any issues with the work permit. There may be issues with PR.
The bankruptcy has nothing to do with the PGWP app. If you qualify for a PGWP, you should get it.
Saw ads that say filing for bankruptcy brings alot of problems with it.
Read that some high profile companies are doing credit checks on new hires. CIC wont let people sponsor until after 7years when the bankruptcy is discharged.
