mine the same, ADR has been under review since Jan10, no update since then. God help us...

Nov 23 - Application linked (no application number yet; used UCI and family name)
Dec 03 - Biometrics refund
Dec 06 - AOR
Dec 10 - Medical Passed
Dec 15 - Ghost Update 1
Dec 17 - ADR for IMM 5669 (Schedule A) handwritten signature required
Dec 20 - Documents under review email + update
Dec 20 - Ghost Update 2 - Background check changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
Jan 05 11:03am - PR Portal initial check email - Replied within half an hour
Jan 05 1:35pm - PR Portal Credentials
Jan 05 - Updated mailing address and Photo
Jan 06 12:57pm - eCOPR Available email
Jan 06 1:05pm - Congratulations! You are now a PR email
Jan 07 - Original application approved
Jan 07 - PR Card application linked
Jan 14 - PR Card application ghost update
Jan 21 - PR Card Mailed (GCKey update) - PR Portal still says photo under review
Jan 26 - PR Card received in Vancouver, BC

I may have called IRCC once during the whole process but that could not connect with an agent. Not that they would've told me anything more than what was on GCKey anyway.
All I did was wait. Maybe I was in a privileged position to not have to call, but I don't think that does anything to speed your application up in any way. Feel free to reply/ comment if you have any questions. I wish you all the best.

I applied under stream A - Healthcare on Sept 14 2021 and I found out that my application is already in the system. I could link it but I decided not to because I wanted to wait for 1-2 weeks for AOR/BIL. Do you guys think I should just link? I am worried it may cause further delay because I have seen a few people experience that. For example, they received AOR more than once and got asked to link the application more than once. I also have a question about my passport. I recently got a new passport. Do I need to inform IRCC about it once I link my application? Thank you
