WP application from the UK

Hello,

I am an Indian citizen living in the UK. I had applied for the WP on 4th of Jan 2022 after successfull LMIA, and I got my BIL on the same day, submitted my biometrics on 5th of Jan and had been waiting eversince.

Obviously, now that the promised two-weeks have passed, I am growing curious over the actual timeline, when applying from the UK. Has anyone else got any experience?

If the two weeks application processing is considered for your application, you will get the final decision within one month.
If your application falls under normal application processing, your application will be under 10 weeks processing time for UK. This estimated time is updated every week.
Let us assume that it is a two weeks processing.
Because of covid 19, the two weeks is not possible. At least one month.

Thank you for the comforting reply. My visa in the UK expires by 4th of Feb and I have decided to go ahead with renewing my UK visa, and wait for the Canadian work permit as and when it gets approved.
