It tooks 6 months to understand the articles and preparation but i won it on first stage in court and UK embassy requested me to take back the case and they issued me study permit....
With this motivation i did again now for canada so let see the result but if i win this then i will guide everyone on the forum how to go for judicial review and how to prepare the case and required forms of Canadian court.

Guys pray for me because my success will be yours success. Rest all details of my 3 applications in my signature....

I am enjoying the play without any stress and tension. 2nd application in process for JR and stage first grant a leave for JR and other hand 3rd visa application for study permit is also in process since 3 weeks. Now interesting thing is VO already received notice from court to reply me and court for 2nd refusal and same time 3rd application is in review. I think VO will not refuse 3rd application if he read 2nd JR notice with strong answered of GCM comments.... let see but i feeling positive because i am fighting for study permit......

Hey guys, did anyone receive any update? Or any progress indication in gcms notes? I've been waiting for SOWP of my husband since April 2021.

Seriously this time i was not expecting refusal because i prepared strong sop with gcms notes..... was quiet confident, there was no reason to refuse. Was upset little now fine.... will sue them in JR. Also appliedfor higher level in 2 University let see

They are not reading anything, not just SOP. I was refused for immigration status when I am a Pakistani residing in Pakistan who applied from Pakistan, never stayed in another country for more than six months, never overstayed and never applied for immigration in any other country.
