What country are you from? For IEC, there are some countries that don’t require residency. What is your CRS and NOC?

If in Ontario and a graduate in Ontario, there are programs for those who graduated and/or those who have a job offer. Your employer would have to be involved.

Unfortunately you're right about the IEC. That's only possible if you are living in Korea.

Look at the OINP foreign worker job offer stream. Look at Alberta and Saskatchewan (not under NOC 111).
One other option could be inland sponsorship with my partner of more than 2 years. We have been living in the same address for 2+ years and she is a PR holder. Would you say it is a good idea?

So you are common law and have been living together continuously for at least a year? When did she become PR?

Did she declare you as her common law partner in her PR application? Were you medically examined as part of her PR application?

You were common law after a year of living together (so by October 2020). She was required to declare you as her common law partner in her PR application before landing and become a PR (you also needed to go through the medical process, PCCs, etc.) as part of this process. Since she failed to do this, she can never sponsor you. So sponsorship through her will never be possible for you. You have to qualify on your own.
