I am an assistant Professor in Government Associate College Pujnab Pakistan, I have an express entry profile having CRS 361. Anybody, please share me information regarding my chances to be selected for any PNP Program? Moreover, My NOC (4021 ) selection is right or wrong? Should i go for other relevant noc e.g 4031, 4032. Expert opinion please...

Regarding the NOC 4021, there was one PNP- Nova Scotia that had this specific noc in demand, and it's permanently closed, This is my finding from my web search.
And the future of high skilled immigration is unsure, With tremendous backlogs of applications since 2018-2021 ircc will be suggesting the immigration to halt all program draws until mid 2022 which stopped since December 2020, also they suggest that they will need to lower the fsw intake to accomodate the inland applicants, so if the draws somehow resume the CRS cut off will be 500+.
