I have a question regarding job offer, how does it work? Can i get it from my current employer? ( I work in noc B) are they gonna give me a new one or is it gonna be the old job offer?! I just don’t understand how it works!!!! Is there any link? On PNP website it just says it should be full time permina… nothing regarding current employer

It can be your current employer if they meet the employer eligibility requirements.

Hi, I have a question for BCPNP. I just got a new job 1 week ago and I plan to apply for BCPNP. In the employer requirement form, there is one tricky question in this form is - "Explain why the recruitment effort was unsuccessful in hiring a Canadian worker?" - It sounds like a big legal thing. Anyone has any suggestions to handle the answer to this question? How can I ask my new employer about this? Since I am very new to this job, I am nervous and scared to ask for this. Please advise!

Thanks for the reply, should I get a new job offer from them? Or should I use the one they gave me one year ago?!
Have you read through the employer requirements form? You need to start there.

Why don't you guys sometimes answer the question directly. There is a reason ppl ask these questions, although it says job offer on the link, it doesn't state whether it should be old or new. Should it be old or new? If you know just say it for ppl that are lost rather beating around the bush.
