Better to call ircc after replying to first email

What number to call on? I'm calling their 1-888-242-2100 and going to change in information -> speak to agent but it says "too busy to forward your call". Is this a regular occurence or a better time to call them at?

What is your time line, and your visa office? I'm waiting from 17 Dec, eitobicko office, call 2 days before agent told me , in note last update 10 jan ,they sent request to supervisor to issue ecopr ,that she told me ,

Thankyou. I have a quick question. I received DM for my PR application . Also my outland dependant spouse receive PPR.
Now she has to submit her passport for stamping. Can you help me what documents did you include while submitting the passport for stamping in Embassy for outland dependant.

Just passport one photo and passport request ,submit to vsf ,all good you got portal request
