I think our file is in the same batch of transferred files to Montreal VO as mine has also been transferred to Montreal VO in November 30. My AOR is August 15 though. Eligibility review required, criminality not started, info sharing complete and security passed, medical passed. Hopefully we hear from them soon.

Sorry but on phone they make stories. I tried calll them from last three days and every day they have different story and security check is last step and it’s expensive for ircc too because CBSA and CSIS do this on behalf of ircc. First day she said only medical passed on Wednesday another agent told me that criminality passed and medical passed but eligibility review and security under process and yesterday another agent told me that security not started yet eligibility is still under review i asked my Visa Office unfortunately it’s Montreal those people are so slow mine AOR is may7th

Oh I got my information from gcms notes though. I also called before I got my notes since I don’t trust the info they give over the phone but when I finally got my notes it turns out the agent gave me the correct information. I guess my security check got initiated at some point because my eligibility went to recommended pass before it went back to review required again idk why. But yea as I said we are in for a loooong wait.

And I read on other threads, that Montreal is way behind and only few got approved. Don't know what they are doing there

No updates other than medical pass

I got ghost update today Sunday and in section of reviewing documents now showing Not applicable but eligibility review is still under process I don’t know what’s going on my AOR is may 7th 2021

Why in additional documents they said not applicable, last time when I called agent told me eligibility under review medical and criminality passed and security check not started yet.

I don't know. I submitted RCMP PCC and my document status also became "not applicable" after days/week. No idea whats up.

If background check become not applicable mean you almost done security check you will receive golden email within 1-2 weeks

I got second ghost update and ADR become not applicable my criminality and medical already passed( according to ircc agent) eligibility was under review and security wasn’t started till Friday anyone which stage I am? They ask me Additional documents twice once in October and second in last of November

Hello everyone,
I applied for my Pr under Cec in june 2020. Due to family reasons I had to leave canada and return to india. On October 22, I received my copr while i was still in india.
There was a email thread of Wstlandingenquiries to inform them if I am not available in canada and i did it. I received a reply that since i was not available in canada at the time of Issuance of my Copr, copr is not valid now and to let iccrc now when I am back in canada before my work permit expires.Due to family issues, i came back to canada a week ago.

As i contacted on the same Wstlandingenquiries email address, they told me they cant do anything as the copr has expired and iccrc will take care of it.
I did call the iccrc call center and informed them that I am back in canada and please issue me a new copr as I can do virtual landing now. The agent told me not to raise a webform and as he has forwarded the message and it goes faster than a webform.
Anyone has any idea what will happen as my medicals and pcc has expired as well.
should i do anything else?

Got ghost update Saturday showing review of documents “ we are reviewing documents you provided” Sunday GU and under reviewing documents change to “ Not applicable “ morning got email for required documents need RCMP fingerprints any idea and they gave me 30 days to submit. How it’s to be done? Need guidance? What should I expect now? Please advise my AOR is MAY7th 2021
