What date was the GCMS notes effective

It was 2nd December 2021.

my Decision Made was end of July 2021 and i am still waiting for an Oath invite.

2) Used the Privacy Act
3) Received on January 10th, 2022
4) "Requested date" on notes- December 1, 2021
5) I sent a follow up email on December 2nd. They sent reply on Dec 8th :
We apologize for the delay in receiving your requested information. Your request has been reviewed and the records will be released to you shortly.
We then send a follow email on January 3rd stating that we hadn't been told of an extension yet, but more than double the 30 day limit. We then received the actual notes on Jan 10, 2022.

I sent the email/complaint to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca. The email sent back to me was from:
IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

After 6 days they replied and said "We apologize for the delay in receiving your requested information. Your request has been reviewed and the records will be released to you shortly. " I then got it a month later, after following up a second time with no direct reply.

Hey forum members, it seems that GCMS / ATIP requests are taking longer than the standard 30 days response time now. It'd be helpful for everyone to know what the current processing time is. In case you've received a response in the recent past, please post here with the following information:
(1) Date of submission of request.
(2) Date of response.
(3) Any communication regarding delays/extensions.

I submitted an ATIP request in Mar 2022, received temporary tracking number, email mentioned that a permanent tracking number would be sent shortly. Have heard nothing since then.

I sent follow-up email: December 15th
Date of response : Nothing yet!

Applied via privacy act June 2021 and received after 5.5 months and several reminders/complaints later. Applied via information act beginning of November. Still waiting.

ATIP request sent on 20th Nov 2022 - No response todate

Request sent July 2022, GCMS notes received TODAY (21 Dec 2022), long after I got the citizenship and passport and forgot about the request.

There was nothing interesting in the notes, I feel bad wasting their time now.
