SP Application lost somewhere??????

Hi everyone,
I am a lurker on the forum and this is my application timeline.
Applied Online: 3rd July
Biometrics completed: July 16
Medicals completed: August 30
BVL: N/A
Eligibility: N/A

I applied from Uganda, which has a history of taking longer to process applications. However I have submitted multiple webforms, and people who applied after me have even had their applications approved. Meanwhile, mine hasn't even had eligibility started yet, is there a possibility that my application just fell through the cracks somewhere. Because it doesn't really make sense to wait this long to have an application approved

Unfortunately this is pretty normal right now.

Extremely unlikely your application fell through the cracks. We are seeing lots of people here wait many months right now.

Do you think its worth contacting them again? I have in person classes starting soon and I obviously cant be there without a visa. Not getting it would mean I've paid for a whole semester that I wont be there for.
