Good. I'm glad they get a tiny TINY taste of what the rest of us have been dealing with for over a year (and technically 2).

Too bad their wait won't be too long. It's a matter of weeks before the next CEC only draw, at worst.

Lol. You're the one who is now very prejudiced bud. Your kind should also be stopped from coming into Canada. Halting FSW is the best thing to happen to Canada. There should be a 4 year halt to the program.

Why? I get that you're anti immigration, now that you're a PR. But how does stopping FSW specifically help? The number of immigrants overall has gone up, and the quality has arguably gone down. Oh yeah, you're gonna cry about H1bs, aren't you?

Same here. I'm just waiting to pass eligibility then I can relax and wait for IRCC to finalize to my file - hopefully before I complete my program next year.

The SINP officers contacted my employers prior to issuing my nomination. I am hoping this was already noted in my file so that the officer processing my PR skips that part .

How did they contact your employer? By email or by phone call?

I don't think there is anything more you can do to expedite your application. There are people waiting since 2019 so what you have to do is just wait like the others. there is no logic in processing the applications so patience is the key

Lemme tell you something about Canada, since I have been living here for sometime now. The unofficial translation of Canada is "Queue". There are queues for everything in Canada. Health care, fuel, taxes, vaccines, wives ... you name it. Canadian have mastered the art of queuing without any social discord. And the way they do it is by ensuring no one can skip the queue. So leaving some REALLY rare scenarios, there is no speeding up of queue.

Erin O'Toole, proposed 2 queues and he was summarily bludgeoned with Maple Leaves, Snow Shovel, mounty boots and a Zamboni tyre. Queues are the REAL national symbol. Do not let anyone tell you that it is Goose or Moose or any other such mythical things. Its QUEUES!
