It worked for me i send email on DEC 14 21, received credentials same day and JAN 14 22 ecopr
BUT I WAS 100% sure that my app approved on JULY 20 through MP.

Exactly, it works only for people whose application has been approved

Yes, on gcms notes it showed me Cpc Edmonton.

But on passport request for spouse its Vancouver.

No , earlier when I emailed in dec they sent me ceredentials straightway which was system automatic response or something because final decision was pending. Although i follwed instructions in email and uploaded everything in portal but didn’t got any copr. Then on 6 January i got update in online gc key account and next day got portal email from Etobicoke which means final decision made and application approved. Now i just have to wait for copr as my account is there already i guess. Because I haven’t got ceredentials yet after 7 jan portal email

Hi, yes i got GCMS which were printed on 12th November 2021.

According to that it was CPC Edmonton.

I don't know after November it changed or not. Because i got GU on 6th December where everything was passed.

And PPR for spouse yesterday, However that shows Vancouver at top of the letter.

I called iRcc unfortunately my VO is Edmonton too !! So stressful

CEC File is in process
Today my spouse get PPR FOR SOWP
My question is if he come to canada before we get decision on our PR file
Do i need to change his outland file to inland & start the process again

Or just inform ircc, once he landed here
& our PR FILE will proceed as is,

please guide.

I guess u just have declare that your spouse is inland on WP ( information via web form) and just update his address details probably that should be good enough .. I don’t think u need to start all over
