Can anyone please tell me if a family member who is authorized representative, help in oath ceremony?
My mom is over 65 and would need help.

What type of help are you referring to?
If you mean assistance with setting up for the meeting, helping your mum to follow instructions etc, of course a family member can. Infact, oath takers are encouraged to attend with close family members, so far they cause no distraction.
However there are some things your mother must do by herself, such as reciting the Oath.

Thanks, I was referring to help with zoom meeting or sometimes if they are speaking too fast, she may not understand so if I can explain what they are asking etc.
