Dont apply from UAE, approval rate is even not 1% unless your are very rich or big salary history and good education

I got refused for immigration status, which is ridiculous because I am a Pakistani who resides in Pakistan, applied from Pakistan and have never been out of country for more than six months, never applied for immigration in any country, and never overstayed on my visits abroad. I sent a reconsideration request which was denied.

Already did on 8th December via thegcmsonline. On a Facebook group, an applicant who had never filed for US visa got a PFL that she hid refusal. Another one got gcms notes that said he was unemployed for the past xyz years when he submitted his pay slips and employment letter. Another got refused for family ties when he had no family member in Canada. Something fishy is going on in Abu Dhabi.
