Hello Altruists,
I applied by myself to St. Clair college and got visa rejection. I triple checked all docs and from the response it seems like as my bachelor degree was completed outside my home country and i failed out of the Canadian unis (Transcript included, as seen in the table of contents, old passports were included),was (and am still) single, and was not employed at the time of the application, it was deemed as weak country tie. I have no intention of marrying anytime soon, and thus, won't be having any dependent. So, i guess the only way to show country tie is employment. Anyway, the issue is the GCMS note seems a bit inconsistent. Now, if i want to reapply in future, i will be addressing this issue in an explanation letter. Here are the issues.
1.As seen in the pre-assessment section(3rd image) , either from passport scans and/or from my UCI or/and my files, they already know the specifics of all my transcripts and degrees. Then why is the final section (VO's comments) still mentioning that i did not add the transcripts?(Red circled in 4th image.)
I included all the transcripts, failed and passed ones, specifically mentioned this issue in the study plan and also mentioned this in a Table of Content(2nd image), added at the start of the file. Did the VO not read all the files? Is this a veiled rejection? How should i address this in the explanation letter?
(I intend to mention each institute by name in the Table of Content this time. As far as i understand, if academic performance is considered poor, that is mentioned in the GCMS notes)
2. The GCMS listed my program as "certificate" only. My program was a PGD, and it was specifically mentioned in the program page that its a Post graduate program. I have only completed Bachelor so far. I am assuming that they listed the program as undergrad level, whereas the program, as per the institute's website, is post grad. VO mentions i have studied at higher level in Canada previously than my proposed program, but i have not. How should i address this issue in the explanation letter?
(I intend to apply for Masters program only this time, to avoid this issue, but i still have to address the previous rejection)
3.What does "No B/C seen" mean? (3rd image)
4.I applied through a limited rollout portal (First image) which allows only 2 MB file uploads per section. This rollout was selected at random and one issue was that this portal, in the family section, did not have any option to add brother or sisters. I mentioned in my study plan that i have younger sisters. Should i apply through this portal again or go for the regular portal? Will using the regular portal improve my chances?
From the inconsistencies in the GCMS, i am a bit confused. Was this a veiled rejection? Kindly suggest what i should do.
