This isn't a government website and no one here can give you a visa.

If you are officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR and your family members in Canada are either Canadian citizens or permanent residents, then one option is to have your family members in Canada sponsor you through the Group of Five program. You can find information about this program here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/refugees/help-outside-canada/private-sponsorship-program/groups-five.html

A tourist visa / TRV will only be possible if you hold a valid passport. Also, the fact you are a refugee will unfortunately make it very difficult to get a TRV approved.

You can also look into economic immigraiton programs (like Express Entry) where you can try to qualify for PR based on your level of education, work experienced, language abilities, funds available to settle yourself in Canada, and other factors. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html
