Via Email. Although I'm registered with Epost. I guess they use whatever channel they want.

To the best of my knowledge, it's still taking over a year for interviews to be booked for most individuals from the time the refugee claim was made. So I think your timelines look normal from that perspective.

I don't know the current processing times for the work permit. Did you apply for that in July / August as well? I'm sure someone else here will be able to comment on that specifically.

if i apply work permit before eligibility interview will it affect my eligibility interview speed ? i am asking this because i did this and i had not received any notice for my eligibility interview one of my friend got everything including work permit but he didn't made any application prior to eligibility interview that means the delay for my eligibility interview is the work permit application that i made ?
