Can I sponsor my undeclared child under 22?

Hope you guys can help me answer this question:
I was sponsored by my next husband in 2009 and landed in Canada in 2010. However, for some personal reasons, I did not declared my child before entering Canada. Few years later, I became a Canadian citizen. Now can I sponsor my undeclared child? I would be grateful if you guys can give me a piece of advice. Thanks in advance.

I believe you can try under the undeclared family member pilot.

I believe you can but you need to be fast because the public policy will expire in 2023, your application has to be received by IRCC and checked for completion before the policy expires.
