Hi Everyone!.
AOR: Sept 03, 2021
BIL: Dec 17, 2021
COR - India

My concern is still medicals says awaiting result. Is it normal ? Because almost everyone in here gets BIL and Medicals on the same day

Can some tell me what should I do ? Or anyone who passed medicals after BIL ?

My case is the same. AOR 29 Aug 21. BIL details done for a previous application was updated on my profile on 17 Dec but I have had no updates on the upfront medicals till date.

Seems like Aug AOR 2021 will receive PPR only after 10-12 months from the BIL submission. Looking at the timelines at immitracker lot of backlogs especially for PNP outland. Realistically it should be October or November 2022 for PPR. Do anyone have better clarity on the same?

I called IRCC today and I've had my criminality passed.

Eligibility and security need to be reviewed by an officer.

Details in my signature.

I think sooner. They want to desperately bring back the processing times to within 6 months and so their focus now is to tackle the old apps but also ensure that the more recent apps dont fall behind. So, fingers crossed.

I agree - when I called IRCC yesterday it sounded like my application was being finalised. It was a bit vague and I might be being too optimistic but security and eligibility were "pending decision from officer". Criminality passed.

Greetings folks!

I need some help from y'all as I am in the same boat. I know predicting PPR / COPR date is not possible but seeing how people with AOR from 2020s and early 2021s are getting PPRs just wanted to take your opinion or a guess about when can I expect my PPR. My details :

FSW Outland via OINP NOC- 0124
Primary applicant + husband ( 2 people)
Nationality- India
AOR- 29 August 2021
Medical Passed-16 December 2021
Nothing after that.

Considering the CA govt wants to cover backlogs quickly, I am hoping for a quich TAT. Also since getmetocanada101 has already got his/her criminality passed, things sure seem to be moving fast.

So any guesses or safe bets? Thanks in advance.

Don't expect PPR until at least the 1st anniversary of your AOR. Until backlogs are completely cleared, timeline for FSW/PNP remains 12 - 15 months.

I'll be more optimistic. Your NOC is the same as mine, and your AOR is 3 days after mine. I've passed Criminality and awaiting officer decision on Elig and Sec. Call up IRCC and see where you stand.

hopefully by March /April 2022; however we know ircc cannot really be predicted so anything can happen.

I think by April/May this year. Reasons:

1. The mandate letter explicitly states to reduce the backlogs. The last time there was something this official (i.e. memo stating focus on inlanders), the government really took it seriously (i.e. CEC megadraw, incredible processing speeds for CEC applications, TR to PR etc.)

2. As is known, the government will not do any CEC nor FSW draws until they get a better grasp on the backlogs. By not doing draws (especially CEC draws), this is creating a tremendous amount of pressure as there are thousands who might lose their status while in Canada. So, there is the urgency to restart draws asap.

3. In looking at the latest numbers, there were about 120K people from the economic class as per December 15, 2021 (CEC + FSW + PNP). I forgot the average amount of people in each application but to be conservative, divide this number by 2 (amount of people in each application) which gives us 60K applications.
a. Using IRCC's own numbers, they processed about 15K applications towards the latter half of 2021 each month.
b. We also know that the government is allocating 85 million towards immigration
c. So, its safe to say that the number of applications being processed will be greater than 15K.
d. Assuming then that they'd be able to process 20K applications a month (which is quite do-able), you're looking at 3 months to clear the entire backlog which comes to around March but to be conservative, expect in April/May.
