Hi,
Fingerprints submitted November 15, and the tracker is still showing "waiting on you" , I sent status inquiry to RCMP and they confirmed that the results had been sent on December 15 but nothing on my app. Although today got update on physical presence and language, they got completed.
Any insights? Thanks

This is very strange it should be before the Bg completed what is your office ?

Not necessarily, online applicants have received test invitations with BG still in progress, some have received a FP request after completing the test. Every case is different.

Thank you! Do you happen to know how many days after taking the test will it take to update the status (on tracker) to test completed? Maybe varies depending when reviewed? (sorry, just realised this discussion was about fingerprints, whereas I was talking about the knowledge text/exam)

No worries, it could take from a couple of days to weeks or months it varies by the local office processing your application.

It can take from 3 to 8 weeks to get BG completed after they have received the FP results from RCMP. Congratulations on getting the other steps completed!!!

Received test invite on Dec 21 from Niagara Falls office, test window: Dec 24 to Jan 13.
Fingerprints received: Dec 22, background completed on Dec 23.
Did the test on Dec 24 and was shown completed on Dec 31.

Waiting for Decision made now.

Hello strong faith how I know my office , is it from the finger print request I got from my child ?

From you test invitation. Its has a 3 letter word that tells the office name.
MIS=Missisuaga
SCR=Scarborough
MTL=Montreal
NGF=Niagara Falls.

When did you do your fingerprints?

I've done my fingerprint on 10 Nov 2021 outside of Canada. So, I mailed it to an accredited fingerprinting company in Canada, and they have done the rest. That is a different procedure than you go directly to RCMP and do your fingerprint.

Which country did you send them from? Can you elaborate pls. How did you send and how long it took for you to updare bg verification?
