Congrats! UpdatedHi guys, happy new year!
Citizenship oath status updated to ‘In progress’ on Dec/29 and email with instructions to attend the virtual oath ceremony received today Jan/04. Ceremony scheduled for Jan/15.
From what I can remember you get 3 week window to sit the test. You should have gotten email today with a link to start the test. When you feel ready to sit the test you click this link. You'll fill in some details (UCI, etc), tick some boxes and then get another link emailed to you. This link will ask for you to take photo of your face and your ID then bring you to test.Hey guys could somebody shed light on the whole process to take the test online? I am scheduled for Jan 4, haven’t received any emails yet, just curious and trying to gather information what to do that day! Thanks
4-5 weeksohh ok.....Not sure what that means...I have also ordered GCMs notes almost 1 week ago. How long does it take to get GCMS notes ?
you cant get any guarantees with IRCC. pretty sure of that.June 2020 Applicant, Test Completed on August 28, 2021.
Just received the Oath Invite for Jan 21, 2022 . However, I had a travel booked already to visit my family. Anyone knows if there is any way to request to delay the Oath to the next available offering? Or if I request that, they do not guarantee the next Oath date?
Thanks!
It’s quite random, but anywhere between 2-6 months after test completion date, you can expect DM and oath request.Hello,
What is the average time from Test completed to Decision Made and Oath request?
Thanks
Don’t wait to disappoint you but there are applicants who passed the test and crossed 8 months time line as well. It all depends on how the processing center is handling the applications. It’s quite random, but anywhere between 2-6 months after test completion date, you can expect DM and oath request.
That’s correct, some are waiting for even longer, but my reply to original question was for average time.Don’t wait to disappoint you but there are applicants who passed the test and crossed 8 months time line as well. It all depends on how the processing center is handling the applications.
