You are supposed to upload the digital copy of your photo and not a scanned photograph, along with the payment receipt and details of the photographer (this was the requirement in may 21). Please refer to the current photograph requirements and upload accordingly.

Only Background check and Citizenship test is complete. The others are still in progress.
I am in the exact same situation. No background check completed. A lot Nov applicants are in the same situation.
I just checked the online tracker and saw my invitation to take my test! I haven't received the email. About how long does it take to get the email after the tracker is updated?
Also, I saw there was an option to contact the cic about next steps "if you plan to take the exam from outside the country". I thought this wasn't allowed. I am currently in the US but was planning on going back to Canada at the end of the month until the most recent surge in COVID cases. Has anyone discussed taking the exam from outside the country with the cic? Were you able to do it? Part of me wants to just book the fight now and not risk messing anything up but I will be traveling with my toddler so I don't want to expose them to all the people at the airport if I don't have to. Thank you!

Taking the test outside Canada have been allowed since the summer sometime, but you just have to inform them and follow those instructions.
Forgot to say I didn’t get my email this summer until only 2 days before the start of the test window
Not much of an update in my case, but I've spoke to IRCC through e-mail due to a personal update and I asked for status on the application.
According to the agent:
"Please be advised that your application remains in queue to be scheduled for a citizenship test/review by a Citizenship Officer or Agent. Due to COVID-19, IRCC remains closed for in-person citizenship services. If additional documents are required the Officer or Agent will reach out to you directly."
It's been the case for about 6 months now. :"DDD
Meanwhile my buddy who applied in January 2021 already got his invite.

What do they mean by official results of the test (the updated completed of the test in the online tracker is considered the official test results or not yet?), thank you.

Though your new passport is outside of the 5 year eligibility period, You can choose to inform them and send updated copies of your new passport by submitting a webform.

If the test status updates to ‘complete’ on the tracker then you can assume your results are final and no further action is required.
