Seeking advice for Study Permit - second try!!

Hey guys!

So my first study permit was rejected in Nov 2021 with one reason for Purpose of Visit

I finished my BS and MS in the US and graduated in 2020. But cuz of covid and I studied hospitality, I moved back to china. I applied for Business Analytics graduate certificate. Ielts 8777(LRSW), GIC, first year tuition, currently employed. Age 25.

How should I enhance my case and express my intention to go study???

Also, order the GCMS Notes in Nov but still haven't received it. Does anyone know how much longer it will be released??

If you have a BS and MS then how will a grad certificate help your career in your home country. How are you building on your current career with the program. Why do you need to study in Canada when you have a MS already. You aren't showing education progression.

You need to change programs. You should be taking at least a post grad program if not another Master's.

Thanks for the response! Well I was trying to aim for a skill improvement cuz even with my master I couldn’t get a good job in the hospitality and since covid came tourism industry had a really big hit. Do you think I should change a program for hospitality operations? Thanks

Taking a hospitality program in Canada makes no sense with a MS. Why do you need to come to Canada to take the program? You should be expanding on your MS with another masters or post graduate program.
