How do you do your online test if haven’t received any email from IRCC?

Hey guys, have seen a few posts here about doing online test without having to have received an official email, so could somebody (who has given the test without instructions or official email) explain again. That would be highly appreciated. Thanks

if you see the date range for the test online then just prepare for the exam without waiting for the email and give the test within that the date range.
No instructions needed as its just self explanatory and tutorial available online which is open to all.

(refer at bottom section "sign in" to give the test whenever you are ready) https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/become-canadian-citizen/citizenship-test/online.html
Tutorial: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/become-canadian-citizen/citizenship-test/tutorial.html

We dont get any specific instructions that are not in this tutorial except that if you have trouble getting into the test then you can email the office(which is the only instruction you would miss).
But if the system allows you to log into the test then you dont need to know which office you need to contact. Even if there is any issue, you can submit webform anyway and they will respond.

Thanks Hariraj, see the system is so unfair that some people do receive emails and some don’t and the office responsible is same!
