But noc based ,because when I checked pnps when I didn't get ita ,I found my noc not called (2141 noc) but what surprised me is we can do all the jobs that they listed because we can work as manager, analyst, consultants...

I still don't understand the concept of reducing score , why should someone reduce the score inorder to get an ita instead of the other way round, this is so stupid.
This is how OINP has always been. And this way their EOIs dont end up getting rejected.

OINP reduces 1 point from the previous all programs draws cut off and invites from there. 468 was the last all programs draws cut off and they are super glued to it.
