I'm travelling to India because of Personal emergency and my PR card issue process in getting delayed.

Not sure if you already travelled. But my suggestion will be to get pr card renewed and then travel. I came to india in dec and applied for Prtd via email. It’s been 4 weeks and haven’t heard a response. Really frustrating.
