Once you're PR you can do pretty much anything a citizen can do except vote (and criminal acts that can render you inadmissible of course :)) . So yeah, you can go to school without requiring a SP and you get to pay local fees.
That is actually very cool in case someone wants to study something that is really expensive otherwise... like may be medicine or so...

New poll shows Canadians optimistic about 2022
More than half of those polled say they will make a personal resolution

Canadians are ringing in the New Year with a measure of optimism.

The nation appears to believe 2022 will be better.

Despite major challenges faced in 2021, a new survey released Friday shows the vast majority of Canadians believe the new year will be a good one for themselves and their family members.

While almost half (47%) say 2021 was a bad year, 69% of Canadians expect 2022 to be good for them.

As millions greet the new year, the Maru Public Opinion poll also found we are in the mood for change, with most respondents saying they will make resolutions.

More than half (55%) of respondents say they will make some personal resolutions to do some specific things for themselves or others.

When it comes to the economy and personal finances, the outlook is not as positive among those polled.

Only half (51%) of Canadians believe their personal financial situation will be better in 2022 than it was in 2021.

Just under half (46%) of Canadians believe it will be a good year for the economy.

And not quite half (49%) believe it will be good for businesses.

Even with the rapidly spreading new Omicron variant, there is a positive view of where Canada is heading.

Half (52%) of Canadians believe vaccines and personal habits will enable the country to defeat the disruptions in 2022 and have a normalized life by the end of the coming year.

But there remains some signs of tension and division.

A vast majority (75%) are worried the unvaccinated population will keep the country in a continual cycle of the pandemic.

Six-in-ten Canadians disagree there are too many consequences in place for those who don’t want to be vaccinated.

Free handouts, lockdowns, travel restrictions, they have no idea how crazy they look from outside.

Couldn't agree more. Canadians indulge themselves in minimum wage laziness. That's why the Chinese didn't even need to fire a single bullet to conquer quite a bit of their lands.

That's Canadian immigration for you. A pathetic country that prioritizes unskilled dumbasses over skilled professionals. So the skilled people have to play the game by its rules and dumb themselves down.

None of those dumb fuck Canadian politicians say "we need to bring more skilled and profitable jobs into Canada along with more skilled professionals". Instead they say "we need more 80 IQ walmart managers so keep skilled professionals out otherwise these 80 IQ dumbasses ain't getting ITA any time soon".

Yes and know, but a lot more countries are doing similar things as well and most of the people actually agree with it. We can talk about it, we can agree or disagree. It is what it is but lets hope that 2022 will bring the end of the declared pandemic at least in the developed countries. Some measures will be still in place so we should also see more focus to be put on 3rd world countries. If we will let covid to spread over there we will never end this s***.
