I applied for PNP in 2018 for me n my wife. I came to Canada in June 2019 on work permit while my wife was waiting for our PR to get approved.

After an endless wait,We got PPR in Dec 2020 on Indian address for both of us but I was in Canada, So I sent the pspt in Canada which was sent back to me stating that they will land me virtually, which was never done but in their it shows that COPR issued and expired.

Even After repetitive call n emails, there was no response from them. Meanwhile, my wife’s COPR got expired as she couldn’t come to Canada without me getting a COPR.

In Nov2021, we received PPR again (ready for visa email) after remedicals, but again it was only for me for Canada and not for my wife this time. After sending them emails n filling web forms about the msg mistake, there is no response from them n now the 1 month period of PPR has also expired.

Please someone suggest, how can we bring this mental agony to an end. What can we do in this case??

If I'm not mistaken ppr for your dependants will arrive in your name and they just needed that letter to submit their passport in their country of residence. You would be landed virtually and dependants use letter to get pr visa. Search on this group lots of people received ready for visa for their dependants and it was in the main applicant's name even if main applicant is in Canada.

First time they sent PPR for both. This time only on my name. Spouse’s name not mentioned anywhere.
Yes because first time they assumed you were both still in your original country. Facebook has a group called ask kubeir express entry, try that one. All the Inland applicants received ppr in their name but it was for their dependants and they submitted their passports.
