Eligibility Interview

i entered through the US border and i was given refugee claimant document and referred to IRB. My biometrics was taken at border and passport was seized. I was told to submit BOC, do medical and wait for hearing date.so is my eligibility interview complete or eligibility interview is something else?

Did they tell you that your case is referred to the IRB and gave you the Refugee Claimant ID Document? If yes, then that was your eligibility interview.

Yes sir that is what they told me and also gave the refugee cliamant ID. So my next step is to wait for the hearing after submitting BOC and medical, am i right?

they told me to submit it within 45 days at border. I will submit it next week. Already done the medical

You have to submit all paper forms including basis of claim to your local office
