UAE police clearance certificate for 18 year old

My daughter turned 18 in 2021, when we left (UAE) she was 15 years old. Applied for Canadian citizenship this year, and IRCC has asked for police clearance certificate from (UAE) for her. Has anyone else got such a request what did you do. Thank you

If you have her Emirates ID (just the. Umber should do even if the card is expired)
Go to Dubai Police website and apply for the Police Clearance Certificate.
They will email you this certificate in a day or two
I did this in 2018 during my PR application

Go to Dubai Police website and apply for the Police Clearance Certificate.
They will email you this certificate in a day or two

I tried that, but because my daughter was 15, they don’t have her fingerprints, Dubai police wants UAE Embassy attested fingerprints from here

That may take time because UAE Embassy is in Ottawa, Their consulate in Toronto (if you are in the city) does not provide these services.
Check with a nearest authorized finger printing center if the can do finger printing for non RCMP use as this document needs to be attested by UAE consulate.
Once you receive these finger print document you will need to then setup an account and request for this attestations services through these links
