Man, the Chinese took the best part of Canada too, why couldn't they take Manitoba
Well... The Chinese are JT's big boss and big boss wanted the best part of Canada. When I first moved to Vancouver I still remember how it actually took me a day or two to see a white Canadian. Vancouver is literally China.

If I were you, I would do the following:
1. Get the US PCC before I leave. It takes few minutes to get the report after giving finger prints at an participating USPS location. Hope you know the process.
2. Update IRCC of my change of residence immediately after I leave the US.
3. Be flexible with travel plans and I would be able to travel back to my residence to submit my passports.
4. There are chances that IRCC may give you extension if you are on a vacation and unable to sumbit your passports. Having gone through hell since 2020, it up to you to decide if you wanna another pace of uncertainty.

Answers to other questions:
You can re medicals anywhere in the world but make sure there is IRCC approved physician and call them if they are providing an appointment or walk in.
Get US PCC. I cannot stress more. Its a pain if you apply PCC from outside US. PCC don’t have validity. You need to get an PCC if you stating in a new country for more than 180 days. Your new PCC will work just fine once you leave the US. IRCC crackpots may ask you to produce a new PCC from your new COR even if its under 180 days. So just be sure about the PCC process in your COR.
Shouldn't your PCC cover your whole stay in a country? If he's leaving the US for good (i.e. changing residence to a different country), then isn't the safest option to move to the new country and then get a PCC for US covering your entire stay there? I'm asking because I have seen numerous cases being rejected where a person
- Was living in India when he got ITA. He got a PCC for India while in India
- Moved to Canada on temporary visa (for Study/Work) and submitted PR application from there.

Expenses are the issue ,it will be like I can't even apply for a job and my travel is outside US.I thought about it 6 months in US without job that is really expensive and drain me financially.
I think its better you spend time with your family than be in the US jobless.

Who here is looking forward to CEC only draw in January? My bet us on another 27k draw.
The difference between when Mega CEC draw was conducted and now is BORDER SITUATION.

I don’t really see a mega CEC thing happening. They did that this year because they were far behind in meeting quota and borders were closed. Plus I don’t think they are ready for a similar backlash from stakeholders and the media for inviting low scoring candidates again. CEC-only draws could happen sure, but not a MEGA one

This is what my predictions for 2022,we have listened to YouTube bs but this is what I made up from the mandate letters.

There won't be any draw till they clear halk of the backlogs atleast. It will be march inorder to so that.

In the mean time what ircc might do is to give free points for CEC and TR to PR and push the score too high for all program draw so in effect even if you are an fsw candidate unless you learn French it will be extremely difficult for you to get into the system.

I am not an astrologer, or ircc spokesman hope it doesn't happen like what I said.

I have worked with both Chinese who are in the US, and those who are in China since the company I'm in is multinational. This statement is quite true to those who are in the US, but for those who are in China; they tend to be less arrogant, still a bit introvert, but they are generally helpful, and quite knowlegable.

Since FSW has been stopped for quite some time, it's time to look at Australia, UK and Ireland folks. UK is inviting tons of immigrants. Ireland too. Tons of MNCs in Ireland and loads of jobs.
Still spreading your anti-Canada immigration / immigrate elsewhere campaign eh, you should take your suggestions to heart as well, since Australia/UK/Ireland has loads of jobs, you should consider immigrating to those countries too. Let us know if you finally decided to leave Canada.

Yeah i have no idea why this thread is further devolving into sweeping generalizations of particular nationalities, when this is not universal across the board. Also weren’t some of you having full blown arguments about Indian generalizations just a few pages ago??!
