Proof of intention to leave for someone who has family in Canada

Hi,

I'm preparing to apply for a study permit in Canada. I will be studying for about only a year in Canada and then I want to go back to my country.

I have a brother who is a permanent resident in Canada. My mother will be staying alone at our home in our country and I will be back at the end of my program to live with her.

I'm worried that immigration services in Canada will think that I will stay in Canada after my studies because my brother lives there, in the same city where I will be studying even though I have no intention of staying.

How do I show that I will be leaving at the end of my program? How do people prove their intentions of leaving in this situation?
