Has anyone got their visas on different days? Like one file number applicant received today and another family number with different file number got visa email another day?

The dates do not matter as long as files are closing and everything seems fine.

I have a query if you know about it i.e., the name of the new born children are printed on the travel document? IRCC issue separate travel document for new born children or it is written on the father or mother's travel document that "03 person"? I have 2 years old and 3 months old children.

I know but we got 6 file numbers in our family because we are all above 24 so only 3 of us got visa issuance.. will another 3 receive or not?
Regarding travel document i have no knowledge

Just because you filed on the same day with separate applictions, you don’t get responses on the same day. All are assessed separately and by possibly different officers.

Which visa office is dealing with your applications? It depends on the workload of the visa office and their target.
