I have an invitation letter from a canadian company for myself, it's possible to travel with my wife and son? add them to visa application?

It's better not to include them in the application. In your best interest, you want to convince the visa office that you have ties in your country of residence you would need to go back at the end of your intended stay.

Isn’t it your business? They need to apply for their own visitor visas, and not be included. They need to show their own funds, ties to country and travel history.
Perhaps it's a mom and pop business.

Your chances of getting approved for the business visa will be much higher if you apply without them and they remain in your home country. They create ties to your home country. If they apply for normal TRVs there are likely to be concerns that you may want to remain in Canada. If you get your business visa you can attempt to get their TRVs after your approval. If your number one priority is to come to Canada to sort out your business I would focus on trying to get your visa approved on your own first.

no i have invitation letter from other company and also i can send an invitation letter from my own company in canada as well
