It's better not to include them in the application. In your best interest, you want to convince the visa office that you have ties in your country of residence you would need to go back at the end of your intended stay.
Maybe but in another posts asks about a business visa to resolve banking issues with his incorporated business. Assume has SUV application underway so should be applying for a work permit.
Your chances of getting approved for the business visa will be much higher if you apply without them and they remain in your home country. They create ties to your home country. If they apply for normal TRVs there are likely to be concerns that you may want to remain in Canada. If you get your business visa you can attempt to get their TRVs after your approval. If your number one priority is to come to Canada to sort out your business I would focus on trying to get your visa approved on your own first.
