Can anyone suggest possibility of getting EE or PNP

Hi,

Recently I scored L-8,W-7,R-7,S-6 in IELTS and my overall CRS is 420. I am a PhD holder and have work experience more than 7 years after PhD. I will be starting the process of PR . I have couple of questions:

1) Can anyone tell me about the possible invitations from different PNPs.
2) If I go to Canada without job offer and join a lab as a post doc. Will that be a good decision?
3) How much time it may take to enter in the country amid this pandemic situation?

So you have ECA for the PhD? What is your eligibility score?

1. You need to research programs based on your NOC, points etc. Many require job offer too.
2. So you come to Canada after getting PR, and get a job in a lab…that is great.
3. Your score is too low for an ITA so you can only get nomination from a province. Again depends on your NOC and score with different PNP programs.

You will need to focus on PNP programs that demand your NOC and where you don’t require a job offer. Saskatchewan and Alberta would be your only options.
