Hello respected members, I am a software developer (who codes softwares) with 8.5 years exp. I have received acceptance from Conestoga in Business analytics (2year-MAY2022) course and from Sask Poly in Technology Management(1Y-Sep2022) program at Moose Jaw Campus and the Software Developer(1Y) at saskatoon campus. what do you think is correct for me? I see that the business analytics is more of a business course rather than IT program. will I be able to get a job in developement if I enroll there? or is there anything that will stop me to have a job in development because my course is more of a business one. What do you think about Saskatchwan for software developer? @Naturgrl @canuck78 @scylla @canuck_in_uk

Can’t comment on programs but the program must expand on your current work experience and build upon your past education. So whatever you choose then explain it in your SOP.

My first study permit application was refused because of the program choice, the VO thinks that the program I chose wasn't related to my work experience and past education

do you think that a decision is coming soon after BVL or should I wait until it is at least 12 weeks to receive a decision?
Given offices will be closed, don't expect a response until January. Reapplying doesn't expedite the process and just because you received BVL doesn't mean the applicaiton is being reviewed any faster. Expect 12 weeks but if processed before then that is great.
